About the role
We are seeking an experienced, polished Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience supporting leaders, strong executive presence, and excellent communication, organizational, and follow‑through skills.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned executives, managing day‑to‑day communications, priorities, and requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage complex calendars and meeting logistics, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread executive‑level correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and polish.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reports, and related logistics.
- Organize and support leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, collecting materials, recording key actions, and ensuring follow‑through.
- Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion of commitments and communications.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Provide support to other executives and team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders.
- Proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrates discretion, sound judgment, and responsiveness.
- Office‑based in Hyderabad, India.
