Vial Operator – Production Machinery Specialist

About the role

The Vial Operator will manage the operation of vial‑production machinery at our Vapi facility, ensuring a steady output of high‑quality vials while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site position is essential to maintaining efficient production flow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the vial production line to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensure all produced vials meet established quality and safety specifications.
• Identify and report production irregularities or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
