Spanish Educator

About the role

Airlearn is looking for a highly skilled Spanish Educator to lead content creation for its language‑learning app targeting the US market. You will design engaging Spanish lessons, guide a small team, and shape the strategic direction of the Spanish content division.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality Spanish language learning content tailored to US learners.
• Collaborate with the Content Head and cross‑functional teammates to build a cohesive curriculum.
• Use feedback and data‑analytics insights to continuously refine and optimise content for engagement and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in language education and incorporate innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience creating compelling content for language‑learning platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Solid understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
