SAP Project Manager

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead implementation, migration and application support engagements for SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will work closely with business users and senior leadership to ensure high‑quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA projects, including implementation, migration and AMS activities.
• Coordinate incident, problem and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.
• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, estimate effort, and oversee change request lifecycles.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Offer extended support during critical periods, including weekends for high‑priority issues.

Required profile

• 10+ years of formal education and 8‑10 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi is a plus.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality service.
• Independent, ownership‑driven mindset with a focus on timely completion.
