Report Reviewer – Quality Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Report Reviewer to join our Quality Assurance team in Noida. You will be responsible for validating inspection reports generated by field inspectors across multiple commodity sectors, ensuring they meet client requirements, international standards, and internal SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Review field inspection reports (pre‑shipment, during production, loading supervision) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications.
• Verify that findings, measurements, test results, and photographs are correctly documented and support conclusions.
• Identify discrepancies or non‑conformances and coordinate with inspectors for clarification or correction.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients according to agreed turnaround times.
• Cross‑check inspection findings against standards such as IS, ISO, ASTM, EN, BIS, and client‑specific AQLs.
• Flag critical defects, safety concerns, or major non‑conformances for escalation to the Technical Manager.
• Liaise with operations and scheduling teams to track inspection job status and pending report submissions.
• Maintain trackers for report TAT, revision logs, and non‑conformance registers, and contribute to monthly QC MIS reports.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technical qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in a third‑party inspection agency, manufacturing QC, or a similar technical review role.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of inspection methodologies: PSI, DUPRO, LS, Final Random Inspection.
• Familiarity with standards: IS, ISO, ASTM, EN, BIS, client‑specific AQLs.
