Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple government and public‑sector initiatives in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely invoicing and receivables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several projects simultaneously, particularly for government and public‑sector clients.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
• Develop comprehensive governance and project plans, including communication documents.
• Build, lead, and mentor project teams.
• Plan, schedule, and track timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate with product, internal, and external stakeholders to ensure correct execution.
• Monitor customer invoices and follow up on receivables.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably with government or public‑sector projects.
• Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong analytical skills for MIS reporting and strategic insights.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel formulas and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of database queries and familiarity with production and QA environments.
