Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Manager – Fab Construction

About the role

The Manager – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) will lead end‑to‑end procurement and payment processes for semiconductor fab construction projects. You will ensure on‑time procurement, strong capex controls, compliance, and zero impact on construction timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own PR‑to‑Payment for construction and capex spend, covering EPC, services, and milestone‑based procurements.
• Manage, coach, and develop the P2P operations team, setting priorities, SLAs, and performance targets.
• Ensure milestone‑based purchase orders, invoice validation, retentions, and capitalization alignment with Finance and Project teams.
• Act as the primary P2P partner to Construction, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and EPC vendors; resolve escalations.
• Enforce delegation of authority, contract compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive ERP/P2P adoption, cycle‑time reduction, automation, and roadmap initiatives toward a digitized P2P function.
• Define and track KPIs such as PR/PO turnaround time, first‑pass yield, on‑time payments, and capex leakage; lead continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in P2P / Procurement Operations with management responsibility.
• Proven experience supporting large construction or capex‑intensive programs, preferably in semiconductor or high‑tech.
• Strong knowledge of EPC models, milestone payments, and capex governance.

Required skills

• SAP (or comparable ERP/P2P system).
