Legal Counsel – Procurement Contracts

About the role

UST is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Procurement team. The role focuses on supporting indirect sourcing and logistics contracts across India and the APAC region, ensuring that agreements align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of indirect sourcing agreements, including equipment purchase, services, consulting, statements of work, software license, SaaS, and charitable organization agreements.
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing and Procurement teams to improve Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, update templates, and create new contractual provisions.
• Review and negotiate logistics‑related contracts such as master logistics services, transportation, warehousing agreements, and associated statements of work for diverse projects, with a focus on the APAC region.

Required profile

• University degree (BA) and a law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
