IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will join the Customer Loyalty Team at Bosch’s Adugodi location, providing day‑to‑day support for IT infrastructure, end‑user devices and communication services. The role involves both operational tasks and participation in projects that enhance the technology landscape for internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, procurement, lifecycle and operations of laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads, printers and hardphones.
• Deliver mobile service, print services and unified communication (e.g., MS Teams) as defined in IT Fleet Management processes.
• Act as the local network partner for the central network team and serve as 2nd‑level escalation for the IT Help Desk.
• Follow ITIL‑based service management processes and meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as Gen‑AI, data analysis, visualization and automation to support business needs.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams on infrastructure projects and new IT product implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, E&TC or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support for client workplaces.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in international teams and prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Technical expertise in IT hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with automation tools and Gen‑AI concepts.
• Understanding of ITIL foundations (certification is a plus).
