HR Specialist – Undergraduate Campus Recruitment

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an HR Specialist to lead undergraduate campus recruitment across India. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, collaborate with campus partners, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full campus recruitment cycle for undergraduate campuses, from sourcing to offer issuance.
• Partner with Campus Champions, Recruiting Directors, and Campus Coordinators to plan and execute events such as pre‑placement talks, dinner & PPT sessions, and final recruiting days.
• Maintain campus budgets, track target hiring numbers, and produce HR MIS and reports.
• Issue offer letters in compliance with company policies and ensure timely acceptance.
• Update candidate information on the STARS platform and maintain a database of shortlisted and offered candidates.
• Create and distribute branding and marketing collateral, including mailers, decks, and giveaway kits.
• Streamline hiring processes, document procedures, and benchmark against industry peers.
• Support project interns and off‑campus applications, handling approvals, joining, and exit formalities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on campus recruitment.
• Prior experience in a service‑oriented industry, preferably management consulting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Windows operating system and desktop applications.
