Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will act as the strategic leader for all food, beverage and culinary operations at the property, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. This senior management position is responsible for delivering the brand’s service strategy, driving revenue growth and ensuring financial performance meets targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide food and beverage strategies that align with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee the performance of restaurants, bars, room service and catering operations, ensuring high service quality.
• Review financial reports, monitor budgets, and recommend capital expenditures for equipment and renovations.
• Set and track F&B goals, holding leadership teams accountable for service behaviors and financial results.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and CAPEX planning.
