About the role
This full‑time remote position supports a growing US‑based company by accurately entering and maintaining business data in internal systems. The role demands high attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or proprietary platforms.
- Review and verify information for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
- Maintain organized digital records for easy retrieval.
- Communicate with team members to resolve unclear or missing data.
- Perform basic reconciliation of entries to ensure correctness.
- Meet daily or weekly data‑entry targets and quality standards.
- Assist with additional administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
- High typing speed (50+ WPM) with excellent accuracy.
- Comfortable working partially or fully in U.S. time zones.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using data‑entry software tools.
What we offer
- Independent contractor agreement paid twice a month.
