About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads and deliver excellent pre‑sales support. The position is open to freshers as well as candidates with 1‑2 years of experience in call‑center or customer‑service environments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads according to defined criteria.
- Engage potential clients, understand their requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead management reports and follow up on missed calls and chat tickets.
- Address customer inquiries courteously, provide product/service information and route complex issues to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead qualification processes and suggest efficiency enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 1‑2+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, BPO or related fields; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Active listening, patience, empathy and a customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using live‑chat tools.
