Creative Producer

About the role

NOOE is looking for a Creative Producer who will own the content production pipeline and keep the brand’s visual identity sharp across reels, films, and campaigns. This is a creative role that blends production discipline with a strong sense of taste, not a traditional project‑management position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the content production calendar and brief pipeline from idea to delivery.
• Coordinate Video Editor, Designer, and Brand Writer to ensure briefs retain their edge.
• Maintain and track the asset library throughout the production process.
• Defend creative integrity by setting and upholding quality standards.
• Handle vendor and freelancer relationships when required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience producing content at an agency, production house, or in‑house creative team.
• Strong portfolio of commercial work that is provocative, distinctive, and culturally relevant.
• Proven workflow discipline: tools, briefs, asset tracking, and deadline management.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with creative talent.
• Based in Delhi/NCR.
