Core Agent (Reservations)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Core Agent to join the Reservations team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective guests, handling inbound calls, promoting the resort’s offerings and ensuring each reservation is captured accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume inbound calls and provide detailed information about the hotel’s rooms, amenities and services.
• Sell the resort’s products, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Record reservation details in the system and coordinate with relevant departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rates, promotions and hotel policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in reservations, front office or a high‑volume call centre.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
