Auxiliar de Rotinas Operacionais - Sala de Corte

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Routines Assistant to support the Cutting Room (Sala de Corte) at our Jataí facility. The role focuses on administrative and operational tasks that ensure smooth workflow, compliance with safety standards, and proper management of employee records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vacation schedules, system entries, and related documentation.
• Digitize and record disciplinary measures in the HR system.
• Prepare justifications for irregular work hours, collect signatures, and submit to HR via SAP.
• Assist the manager with system movement flows and absence tracking.
• Support time‑keeping processes, including pause and rotation sheets.
• Guide employees on occupational health schedules, audits, and weekly campaigns.
• Collect digital signatures for PPE delivery and support safety, health, and quality campaigns.
• Maintain visual management boards and 5S indicators.
• Create and update operational notebooks, improvement forms, and absenteeism records.
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Open and follow up on service/maintenance tickets.
• Enter daily data into the system for supervisors without app access.
• Assist with CIQ meeting minutes, opportunity matrices, and training scheduling.
• Support benefits administration, overtime tracking, and vacancy requisitions.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Dedicated and organized with a passion for food production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills to interact with employees and management.

Required skills

• SAP (HR module) for data entry and reporting.
• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for record keeping and scheduling.
