Associate Relationship Manager – JLG

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – JLG supports the Relationship Manager in deepening banking relationships and delivering best‑in‑class service to customers. You will help create and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) from formation through disbursal and collection, while driving client acquisition and household‑level engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Map household needs in assigned villages and conduct zoning activities.
• Perform end‑user checks after loan disbursal and meet monthly/annual group loan booking targets.
• Identify client needs, cross‑sell banking products, and generate new revenue sources.
• Lead generation, account opening, and penetration of liability business in new markets.
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new sales, referrals, and account retention.
• Maintain high collection efficiency and ensure accurate loan and savings documentation.
• Coordinate with operations officers for timely data entry and compliance with bank requirements.
• Conduct field audits, customer verifications, and gather market intelligence.
• Recommend process improvements and support livelihood and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
