Warehouse Operations & Dispatch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Operations & Dispatch Manager to lead our shift‑wise dispatch, stock, and packing activities. The role ensures accurate, safe, and cost‑effective warehouse performance while supporting customer‑driven vehicle planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations, vehicle planning and overall shift efficiency.
• Manage BSR receiving, ensure precise ERP/SAP entries, and enforce strict FIFO compliance with 100% material traceability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain high stock accuracy, and implement ABC classification to optimise space.
• Drive packing productivity, reduce consumable costs, introduce sustainable packing solutions and guarantee zero damage in transit.
• Handle inward, storage and outbound processes with an OTIF focus, maintain 5S, EHS and audit compliance (IATF/customer).
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality and Logistics teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of FIFO, ABC classification and OTIF principles.
• Familiarity with audit standards such as IATF and EHS regulations.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate across multiple departments.
