Warehouse Incharge – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Incharge to lead our last‑mile logistics warehouse operations across key locations in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day activities, ensuring smooth flow of goods and meeting service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely last‑mile deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement and monitor safety and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with last‑mile delivery models.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment across multiple locations.

Required skills

• Warehouse management systems (WMS) usage.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
