Warehouse In-Charge – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Warehouse In-Charge will lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations for a last‑mile logistics network serving major e‑commerce platforms. This role ensures smooth handling, storage, and dispatch of goods across multiple locations in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of shipments.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation and storage optimization.
• Coordinate with transportation partners to meet delivery SLAs.
• Supervise warehouse staff, schedule shifts and monitor performance.
• Implement safety and compliance standards within the warehouse.
• Track key performance indicators and report operational metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a last‑mile environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.
• Ability to lead a team and handle high‑volume, fast‑paced work.
• Good communication skills and problem‑solving attitude.
