Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage the end‑to‑end inventory lifecycle at our Bhiwandi warehouse. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate stock counts, proper FIFO/FEFO rotation and smooth handling of inbound and outbound documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Implement FIFO and FEFO rotation to prevent material expiry.
• Prepare and verify logistics paperwork such as Delivery Challans, Invoices, Goods Receipt Notes and packing lists.
• Coordinate order‑fulfilment schedules with procurement, production and logistics teams.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities while adhering to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Clear communication skills and commitment to workplace safety.

Required skills

• FIFO and FEFO stock rotation methodologies.
• Inventory management processes.
• Logistics documentation (Delivery Challans, Invoices, GRN, packing lists).
• Basic mathematical calculations for inventory control.
