Warehouse Associate

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate at Maersk, you will be a key member of the frontline team, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient handling of goods in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and trigger timely replenishment.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Prepare and analyse reports on inventory and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate warehouse operations with overall company activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th Pass education; graduate preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in warehousing, preferably with inbound/outbound and e‑commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
