Visual/Graphic Designer – Brand & Retail Focus

About the role

Firefly Diamonds is seeking a full‑time Visual/Graphic Designer to bring its bold, modern brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with marketing and retail teams in Mumbai to create elevated visual assets that reflect the brand’s luxury ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Design clear, engaging visual communication for web, mobile, retail, and print.
• Create assets for social media, performance marketing, website, in‑store branding, packaging, posters, and merchandise.
• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and layouts.
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and stores.
• Contribute to online presence through design‑led storytelling.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
• Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, D2C or luxury.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sensitivity and brand thinking.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative self‑starter comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work closely with the Mumbai‑based team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Figma (plus).
