Join IKEA’s new Customer Meeting Point in Jaipur as a Visual Merchandising Co‑worker. You will help shape an inspiring, affordable shopping environment that reflects local tastes while staying true to IKEA’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement visual merchandising solutions that enhance the shopping experience and drive commercial success.
• Develop range presentations that balance aesthetics, affordability, and IKEA’s global guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Communication & Interior Design team and other departments to execute store action plans.
• Stay up‑to‑date with home‑furnishing trends, retail developments, and local market insights.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and visually appealing store environment.

Required profile

• Design‑based education with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail setting.
• Passion for home furnishing, retail, and design.
• Customer‑focused mindset and understanding of local market needs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD.
