Villa Host & Operations Captain

About the role

We are seeking a Villa Host & Operations Captain to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of Forstè Arcangela, a historic Portuguese heritage villa in North Goa. You will create memorable, effortless stays for guests while ensuring the villa runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Oversee day‑to‑day villa operations, coordinating housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
• Maintain guest‑ready rooms and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist guests with meals, curated experiences, and local recommendations.
• Manage vendor relationships, procure supplies, and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, boutique hotels, villas, or luxury resorts.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure.
