UX Designer – SaaS Products

About the role

We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and user‑centric experiences for our SaaS product portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of product discovery and delivery, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape problem statements and validate concepts early.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the discovery phase through user research, problem framing, ideation, and concept validation.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define MVP scope and UX direction.
• Translate business and user requirements into journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with global design and product teams across time zones to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and UX standards.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across all products.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on UX or product design experience, preferably with SaaS solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design processes, from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional, globally distributed team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Zeplin or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
