Travel Payouts Agent – Refund Processing

About the role

We are looking for an organized and motivated Travel Payouts Agent to join our Payouts Team in India. The role focuses on processing customer refunds and managing financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Handle refund queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link) and maintain records in Google Sheets.
• Prioritize and execute payouts to end customers.
• Control and monitor payouts within the relevant systems.
• Manage pending backlog and ensure timely resolution.
• Contact airlines and service providers to resolve issues.
• Analyze processes and propose optimizations or automations.
• Collaborate with other teams to address pending matters.

Required profile

• Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Business Administration or a quantitative field).
• At least one year of experience as a Travel Agent or in a customer‑service role.
• Strong quantitative and calculation skills.
• Experience with accounting processes and software.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑driven, proactive, results‑oriented and able to multitask.
