Transfer Pricing Intern – Tax Services

About the role

Join PwC's Tax Services team as a Transfer Pricing Intern and support clients in navigating complex transfer pricing regulations. You will assist in developing pricing strategies for related‑party transactions, ensuring compliance and minimizing dispute risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft work papers, memos, reports, presentations and proposals using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Research technical tax topics and contribute to newsletters.
• Analyse court rulings on transfer pricing and communicate implications to seniors and clients.
• Maintain compliance with risk and quality management standards.
• Identify potential tax exposures, bottlenecks and risks.
• Support client relationship development and collaborate with colleagues across service lines.
• Assist seniors with sign‑offs, invoicing and debrief meetings.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
