Tour Storyteller / Tour Leader

About the role

Trip Ustaad is seeking enthusiastic Tour Storytellers and Tour Leaders to bring Kashmir’s rich heritage to life for travelers. You will brief groups on history, culture, and local customs while ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging narratives about destinations, culture, and history.
• Lead and manage tour groups, maintaining cohesion and safety.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and itinerary adjustments.
• Respond to traveler inquiries and provide personalized assistance.
• Collaborate with local partners to enhance authentic experiences.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Urdu/Hindi and English.
• Ability to lead and manage groups with ease.
• Genuine passion for travel, culture, and people.
• Adaptable, warm, and energetic personality.
• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
