Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for handling the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned area. This role involves receiving shipments, preparing them for delivery, and ensuring they reach customers accurately and on time. The representative works closely with the logistics team and reports daily activity to the supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from delivery vehicles and scan each shipment.
• Outscan shipments according to the planned delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the correct address and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with correct undelivered status when necessary.
• Hand over undelivered shipments and any cash‑on‑delivery (COD) amount to the supervisor on the same day.
• Pick up items from customers within the cut‑off time.
• Count shipments, obtain customer acknowledgment, and inscan shipments upon return to the office.
• Enter shipment data into the system and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Physical ability to unload and handle bags of parcels.
• Attention to detail for accurate scanning and data entry.
• Reliability in meeting delivery and cut‑off timelines.
• Basic numeracy for handling COD amounts.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and obtain acknowledgments.
