Territory Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Territory Service Representative to manage the end‑to‑end flow of shipments within an assigned area. The role involves handling goods from the moment they arrive at the depot until they are delivered to customers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Plan and execute deliveries according to the predefined route, obtaining customer acknowledgment for each package.
• Update the system with correct undelivered status and hand over undelivered items and COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups from customer locations respecting cut‑off times.
• If shipments are serviceable, count them, obtain customer acknowledgment, and record the count.
• Scan shipments again after returning to the office, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Ability to follow delivery routes and adhere to schedules.
• Attention to detail for accurate scanning and data entry.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and supervisors.
