Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our Mumbai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. In this role you will help drive new business for our real‑estate services by generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential client leads for real‑estate services.
• Make outbound calls, follow up on inquiries and qualify leads.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align lead generation with business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.

Required profile

• Proven ability in lead generation and sales to engage potential clients.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in customer support or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
