Telemarketing Executive

About the role

Marketsof1 is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join its on‑site team in Coimbatore. You will play a key part in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls and other outreach methods.
• Build rapport with potential clients and present Marketsof1’s solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Execute sales activities, record interactions, and maintain up‑to‑date customer databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in lead generation and sales strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build client rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High motivation, goal‑oriented performance, and a proactive attitude.
• Prior telemarketing or call‑center experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, with mandatory Malayalam fluency.
