We are looking for a full‑time Telemarketer to join our on‑site team in Malappuram. You will be the voice of Aiingo.com, reaching out to potential customers to promote our AI‑driven marketing and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via phone and present product benefits.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline, updating records in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow‑up meetings for the sales team.
• Address customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a high level of service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in appointment scheduling and coordination.
