About the role

Ai Automation Agency (Aiingo) is seeking a full‑time Telemarketer to join its on‑site team in Kozhikode. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, introducing AI‑driven marketing and automation services and helping generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects and existing clients.
• Present Aiingo’s AI‑powered solutions, explain features, and answer basic inquiries.
• Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments or product demos and coordinate calendars.
• Record call outcomes and update information in CRM tools.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a consistent call routine.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine scripts and share conversation feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing call lists.
• Basic familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kozhikode and handle high‑volume calls.
• Prior telemarketing, inside‑sales, or call‑center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English and relevant local languages.
• Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
