About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and supporting customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and make calls to customers as per daily targets.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Record call details and update the CRM system.
- Resolve basic queries and forward complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain a high level of call quality and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior call‑center experience.
- Male or female applicants are welcome.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Required skills
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy.
