Technician – Nasal Spray Production

About the role

The company is seeking a Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain nasal spray filling and packing machinery in a GMP‑compliant environment. You will ensure consistent product quality while following cleanroom and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Operate nasal spray filling, crimping, labeling, and packing machines according to the production plan.
• Perform line clearance, equipment setup, and verify machine settings before and during production.
• Monitor machine performance continuously to maintain product quality.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and tightening; report major breakdowns to maintenance.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and batch cleaning.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, cleaning records, and equipment usage logs in line with GMP standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and uphold cleanroom hygiene.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams; inform supervisors of any deviations in real time.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma or 12th pass with technical aptitude.
• 1–3 years of experience operating machines in a pharmaceutical, nasal spray, or injectable manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of GMP and cleanroom practices.
