About the role
The Technical Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for Sectigo’s global customers, providing prompt and professional assistance for technical issues related to digital certificate solutions. Working from the Chennai office, you will collaborate with a structured support team to ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound support requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct structured troubleshooting to quickly identify, isolate, and document customer issues.
- Guide customers step‑by‑step through resolutions using approved knowledge‑base articles and support workflows.
- Provide regular case status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate complex problems to higher‑level teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Customer‑focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and good documentation habits.
- Willingness to work onsite five days a week in Chennai.
