Team Member – Manufacturing Stores

About the role

The Manufacturing Stores Team Member is responsible for coordinating all store functions within the production environment. This role ensures that spares and consumables are received, stored, preserved, and issued efficiently, supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, proper storage, preservation, and issue of spares and production consumables.
• Maintain accurate inward and outward material accounting in SAP.
• Generate MIS reports on store inventory as required.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and prepare variance reports against book stock.
• Ensure complete documentation for all material receipt and issue transactions.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and procurement teams.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
