About the role

Openhouse is seeking enthusiastic Teacher Partners to deliver engaging, high‑quality classes for children in its Bangalore learning hubs. This internship offers hands‑on teaching experience while supporting student progress and maintaining clear communication with parents.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classes using the Openhouse curriculum to support hands‑on learning.
• Prepare lesson materials and conduct structured sessions that actively involve every child.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation of development and performance.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to parents and the management team through progress reports.
• Interact with parents during feedback sessions, workshops, and learning events.
• Collaborate with the management team to support student trials and admissions when required.
• Prepare students for showcases, competitions, performances, and related events.
• Participate in training programs, teacher community events, and team meetings to enhance teaching skills.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children and helping them build confidence through communication, storytelling, and presentations.
• Willingness to prepare lesson materials, monitor progress, and engage with parents.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork and continuous learning.
