Tax Consultant – Indirect Tax – Pune

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Consultant to join our Indirect Tax team in Pune. The role involves delivering tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring high‑quality work and adherence to deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns and e‑TDS returns for clients.
• Draft submissions and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Advise on inbound and outbound structuring related to employee mobility, including immigration and provident‑fund considerations for expatriates.
• Collaborate with senior tax professionals to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and maintain electronic working papers.
• Analyse data, produce accurate tax advisory or compliance products, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 0‑1 year of relevant tax experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic self‑starter with a collaborative mindset.
