Talent Acquisition Lead – BFSI

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to head recruitment initiatives for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role will own end-to-end hiring strategies, manage key stakeholders and lead a team of recruiters across UST locations in India.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level BFSI positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a recruitment team to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Utilise sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri to build talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce data-driven reports and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory and hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on the BFSI domain.
• Proven track record of handling mid- to senior-level hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in using Naukri for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools and recruitment automation platforms.
