About the role
Amazon is seeking a Support Engineer IV to join the Chronicle team within Selling Partner Services. You will help secure, govern, and support massive data pipelines that power Amazon Retail, handling petabytes of incoming data from dozens of sources.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2 support for incoming tickets, performing extensive troubleshooting across multiple products and services.
- Develop and maintain code for operations and maintenance tasks, including ETL pipelines and data‑quality tools.
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments.
- Build tools to aid operations, monitor system health, and generate status reports.
- Own one or more ETL components, ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large‑scale data platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with product managers, designers, TPMs, engineers, and data scientists.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
