Supply Chain Scheduler

About the role

The Supply Chain Scheduler ensures that raw materials and component inventories are aligned with production plans and customer demand. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and drive actions to maintain optimal stock while supporting the overall supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report daily inventory levels for assigned raw material and component families.
• Monitor Master Production Schedule (MPS) achievement and propose preventive actions to guarantee material availability.
• Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) for each supplier and develop improvement plans.
• Generate weekly forecasts for suppliers based on Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
• Coordinate material arrivals, ensure on‑time shipments, and communicate precise information to supplier contacts.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose quick corrective actions, and attend logistics/purchasing meetings.
• Support implementation of supply‑chain tools such as Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, and Milk‑run.
• Collaborate with external flow analysts on inbound transportation plans and assist with inventory counting accuracy.
• Escalate crises, alert sales, and define priorities with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management and supplier performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze production schedules and forecast material needs.
• Strong coordination skills with logistics, purchasing, and production teams.
• Proactive attitude to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
