Stockroom Coordinator – Gujarat

About the role

The Stockroom Coordinator will oversee finish‑goods warehouses in Gujarat, ensuring they meet Class A standards for inventory accuracy, data integrity and supply reliability. You will work closely with warehouse teams, line managers and business stakeholders to maintain high performance and resolve operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily stock variances and resolve disputes.
• Direct warehouses to perform regular stock counts and achieve 99% carton accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and fix EDI errors caused by data entry or picking mistakes.
• Place products on hold as instructed and monitor excessive stock adjustments.
• Investigate and act on national held‑stock alerts and exception reports.
• Respond to business queries, credit claims and transactional issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in projects, workshops and provide performance feedback to management.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure IPP, TNA and EDP updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands‑on experience in inventory control and computerized inventory systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse and transport operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Overall supply‑chain awareness; accounting or clerical background is a plus.
• Ability to learn or familiarity with the JDE system.
• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
