Staff Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves providing direct patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting patients and families throughout their recovery journey.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs of patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and point‑of‑care tests as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient health status.
• Provide bedside care, education, and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper operation of medical equipment.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing.
• Academic record with first division in 10th, 12th, and nursing qualification.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and moral support for patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Operation and care of medical equipment.
