Software Engineer – SAP Transportation Management

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, focusing on SAP Transportation Management solutions. You will work on implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP TM modules to support our maritime transportation and visibility operations across the Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP Transportation Management (LE‑TRA, TM 9.x, or SAP S/4HANA TM) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse transportation processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and user training activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the transportation management domain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong functional expertise and hands‑on experience with SAP Transportation Management.
• High self‑organization, responsibility, creative problem‑solving, and sound decision‑making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, empathy, perseverance, and a results‑oriented attitude.
