Software Engineer – Java Backend

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer specialized in Java backend development to join our product team. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality features, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer deployment environments and implement technical solutions with comprehensive unit tests.
• Own end‑to‑end resolution of reported product issues, delivering defect fixes and new features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely release of patches and hot‑fixes.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and communicate high‑impact product issues to the development team.
• Research, design, and implement new product features with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, object‑oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with backend API development and test‑driven development (TDD).
• Familiarity with enterprise requirements such as security, scalability, multi‑tenancy, high availability, and SaaS architectures.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Linux/Windows server environments, and agile development methods.
