About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, boost brand visibility, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong content creation skills with analytical expertise to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar with timely, engaging posts.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high‑quality creatives and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Manage paid social campaigns and associated budgets.
• Handle community management, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Work with influencers and external partners for collaborations.
• Create content and blog posts for the company website.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
