Skilled Technician – Level III

About the role

The Skilled Technician – Level III supports manufacturing operations by performing a range of skilled maintenance activities. You will work with tools, machinery and specialty equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures, report hazards, use personal protective equipment and promote a safe work environment.
• Apply high standards of workmanship, support equipment uptime, conduct failure analysis and perform quality inspections.
• Execute preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks and document them in the maintenance system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning.
• Coach and instruct less‑experienced team members, act as an informal resource and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with peers, support staff and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints.
